HOW IT WORKS
Purchase the design package – this allows us to draw up your new invoice which is custom made, according to your business / service and includes a basic logo
Decide on the number of invoices you intend to use per month. This is billed at the per month price.
Your allocation of invoices will expire after 30 days. You will need to purchase a new batch after 30 days or if you’ve reached the limit of your package.
Once your order is confirmed and paid for, you will receive an email address and Whatsapp number. Anytime you need an invoice done, simply send us the details of what you want on the invoice and select whether you want us to email or WhatsApp you the invoice or send it directly to your client (you will receive a copy)
Once we receive the invoice request, our team works on creating your invoice. We have a turnaround time of 12-24 hours. We email or WhatsApp your invoice to you or your client (in PDF format) as per STEP 3
Since we charge such a minimal design fee, all designs and templates belong to us.
